Yes, we do. Concessions are offered on our small group fitness classes. Concessions are by negotiation on our other services. If price is your only obstacle stopping you from seeking help please speak with us first.
We have Zoom consultations at the moment for nutritional advice, food labels advice, mental health peer support and the workshops. We will be adding face to face consultations and workshops later. Personal training and small group fitness is in person.
Mental health peer support connects people suffering from mental health issues with qualified peer support workers. We believe in the framework of lived experience, informality and accessibility. Peer support workers are trained mental health professionals who utilize what they have learnt through their own lived experience to better advise others on their personal paths to recovery. The peer support model postulates that through sharing suggestions based on their own experience, peer support workers are uniquely qualified to help others overcome a variety of traumas, anxieties and mental illnesses.
Your coach meets you at your local supermarket where we will look at the foods you plan to purchase on your shop. Your coach will help interpret the information on the labels so you can make informed, healthy food choices.
Both coaches are first aid and CPR trained. A first aid kit is available at all personal training/group fitness sessions and we have a CellAED®, the world’s first handheld, smart, personal defibrillator.
Yes, we carry public liability ($10,000,000), product liability ($10,000,000) and professional indemnity ($1,000.000) insurance.
